Easy Peasy Reviews was a unified review management dashboard for hospitality businesses. It aggregated reviews from Google, Meta, and other platforms into one interface — enabling owners to read, analyse sentiment, and respond without jumping between tabs.
The Problem
Restaurants and hospitality owners are reviewed everywhere — Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram. Managing responses across all platforms is time-consuming and easy to ignore. Unanswered negative reviews silently damage reputation and SEO.
What We Built
A dashboard that pulled reviews from major platforms, used AI to analyse sentiment and flag urgent responses, and let owners reply directly from a single interface.

What We Learned
The core concept is strong — the market need is real. The blocker was OAuth authentication with Meta and Google, which proved cumbersome for smaller developers. The path forward is solving the auth challenge or partnering with a platform that already has it.
The Opportunity
Pivoting to restaurant groups or hospitality chains — where time saved per location compounds across multiple sites — makes this commercially compelling. In a hybrid model, this becomes an "Agency-Managed Reputation Service" where we handle the technical setup.
