Rezigco Deal Management was an operations tool for real estate professionals — a CRM-lite that helped agents track deals, manage client communication, and prioritise their pipeline through their email.
The Problem
Most agents manage their pipeline in their inbox or on spreadsheets. The result is missed follow-ups, lost deals, and chaotic operations — with no visibility for buyers or sellers on the other side.
What We Built
A lightweight deal management tool tailored to real estate workflows — with property-specific deal stages, client tracking, and an AI co-pilot for surfacing next actions and deal insights.

What We Learned
The space is competitive but dominated by tools not built for property-specific nuances. Our main connection fell through, and we approached it trying to change an industry rather than getting a pilot running with a single company first.
The Opportunity
This could be bundled with the broader Rezigco suite or offered standalone to agencies and brokerages — but needs further validation on whether deal management alone is a big enough standalone problem.
